How a Daily Water Recipe Helped Me Drop 33, And Gave Me Back My Life

Hi, my name is Pam. I am a mother of two and grandmother of 4. So, basically I am just like You!

I just recently came across a simple way to get the old me back… and it wasn't what I would have expected.

For the last 2 decades I've been slowly gaining weight and I tried every method known to mankind to stop it or slow it down. I was even at the point where I was silently blaming my kids for my waist line. I know that sounds terrible, but that is true.

My daughters seemed to having it so easy, they could eat everything and not gaining one pound. I remember being like that...

Back in my 20s and 30s it was so easy to keep weight at bay.

I could eat almost anything I wanted, just like my daughters, and as long as I was active, I could keep the pounds away.

Somewhere around 40, things changed.

Early in my 40s, I noticed that my jeans got a bit tighter, and that's when I started joining the gym. I started to take closer attention to what I was eating, and started to make better choices, but none of that seemed to matter and weight kept piling on. Going to the gym elevated my mood, but it didn't seem to help loosing pounds. I even tried a personal trainer and meal plans designed for my body type. Sure, I lost a couple pounds, but then I just gained it right back.

My mood was elevated, but my pounds were still there, stubbornly holding on.

I watched what I ate, but it seemed like even looking at food, cost me.

When I was younger, I used to just burn everything off without a second thought, but now it seemed my body could no longer keep up.

My Metabolism Was no Longer Firing on All Cylinders.

I could feel that my health was down-spiraling as the pounds were pounding up. I had no energy, and I was not able to do the things I once enjoyed.

I used to spend quality bounding time with my granddaughter, but I had no energy to do that anymore. I started missing out on family outings, and that was when I decided that I needed a change!

It was at that time that I realized how BAD things have gotten for me. I was tired, puffy, and bulging out in all the wrong places. I was a mess!

My daughter knew how I was feeling and came to me one day with something her friend showed her. It was a facebook post about a couple that lost a collective 85 by doing a daily water recipe. 

This was not what I expected. How could something so simple, be so effective? Anyways, my daughter saw my disbelief, and reassured me that her friend, Julie, lost 20 pounds already by doing this daily for just a few weeks. I realized, I had nothing to lose, and I surely wanted to be around for my grandchildren for years to come, so I decided to give it a try.

A Recipe Changed My Life!

At first I didn't notice any difference. About 2 weeks later, I went to put on my freshly washed jeans and they slipped on easily. Every woman knows the jeans coming out of the drier are always tight, but not this time!

I knew I had to be down, so I went and jumped on the scale. I got on and off twice before I realized that I was down 8 pounds! I haven't lost that much doing that all the gym workouts and the special meal plans designed just for me. I was completely amazed!

As the weeks continued to go by, I kept dropping inches. I lost so much, in fact my husband decided to try it too.

My Doctor's Visit Did Not Go As Expected ...

My last doctor visit was exceptional. My routine labs looked great this time, for the first time in years. Even the nurse that I've known for ever complimented me on my weight loss, and how great I looked. That made me smile.

The greatest thing about this recipe is:

There was no need to change eating habits

There was no need for exercise

I Am So Grateful My Daughter Showed Me This

I've been using this recipe daily for a while now, and I am beyond thrilled.

I regularly find myself fitting into clothes I've not worn for ages.

And of course ... I used to dread shopping, but now it is fun!

But wearing new clothes and looking great is not even the best thing.

What's most important to me is that I've got my energy back. I sleep well, and wake up refreshed. I've got all the energy I need to get me through the day.

I even started to enjoy exercise. I had so much energy to burn I had to do SOMETHING with it!

When I first watched the video, I was so skeptical, but I'm glad I took the time to try it. I wouldn't believe it either, if I have not experience it for myself.

I absolutely love who I have become. I feel like the "REAL ME" is back. She was gone such a long time.

I have confidence that my health is now moving in the right direction, and that I will be around for my daughters. And I can finally.. run around after my grandchildren!
